 Welcome to the new home of Media Plus Media Plus provides Labels and Ribbons in standard and custom sizes for every application.
Policies and Procedures as of December 2004
Quotations:
All quotes are good for 30 days. When ordering from a quote, please reference the quote number.
Samples:
Standard sample (4" x 6") rolls/fanfold will ship UPS ground at no charge same day or next day.
Custom samples will be produced at no charge at the discrepancy of Media Plus. Please allow 3 to 4 days.
Any samples requiring Next Day Air handling will be billed to the distributor's supplied freight account number.
Credit Application:
To set up a credit account with Media Plus, please download Credit
Application Form and submit an application for credit.
Fax your credit application to your sales specialist or to Media Plus's Credit department at 905-671-0999
How To Order:
To minimize errors, orders should be faxed (905-671-0999) or emailed to orders@mplabels.com
Receipt of orders will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Phone orders (verbal p.o's) cannot be accepted.
Any stock order requested to ship the same day must be faxed or emailed no later than 12 noon EST.
Any shipping changes must be communicated in writing.
Custom orders are subject to a +/- 10% variance unless agreed upon by Media Plus before accepting the order.
Minimum Orders:
Stock labels: 4 case minimum
Stock ribbons: 1 case minimum
Blank Custom Labels: $250.00
Color Custom Labels: $400.00. If there are multiple colors in a group run a color of change of $50.00 per color will be applied.
Cancelling Orders:
Stock orders: Ship within 24-48 hours, cancellations must be received in writing the same day.
Custom items: Cancellations must be received within 5 days of the scheduled ship date. Any expense incurred up to that time by Media
plus will be billed to the customer.
Shipping:
Media Plus offers blind shipping of orders directly to your customer.
All products will ship via our approved carrier, unless noted on your purchase order.
If using our carriers Media Plus will apply a shipping and handling charge to the freight cost.
Any and all freight quotes are for estimating purposes only and subject to change.
Invoicing:
Should there be any discrepancy on our invoices, please contact us immediately. Do not adjust your invoice without our approval in
writing.
Billing discrepancies must be made within 15 working days of the invoice date.
Return Authorizations:
If a return is requested, please contact our office to have the return authorized prior to returning the goods. Product returned
without an RA# cannot be received by our receiving department. Credits can only be issued with prior approval.
When approved, the RA# must be clearly listed on the cartons and packing slip
At the discretion of Media Plus, up to a 25% restocking fee may be applied to returned stock program items that have been ordered in
error. Freight charges for such a return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Media Plus reserves the right to refuse shipments or issue credits against returns that are damaged due to improper packaging.
NO PRODUCT can be returned after a period of 30 days.
RA# are valid for 30 days only and will not be granted extensions if the product is not returned within the 30 day window.
